Grounded in research. Bar’s MSc dissertation studied communication clarity and psychological safety during organizational change: 86 survey responses and 10 interviews, where more clarity went with more safety and more uncertainty with less. Associations, not causation. The dissertation did not test Aptavo; it shaped what Aptavo asks about: unresolved expectations, authority and consequences.
